Residents of Britain reported about huge black cats who attack sheep

Photographs of a large black cat hiding in the bushes were published by residents of the village of Tedburn St. Mary. In addition, traces of paws were observed, presumably belonging to the same predator, next to the remains of a deer. The forest near the village is now rarely visited by residents due to the regime of self-isolation and this, as local residents suggest, could give courage to large predators.

Dr. Terry Moore, a specialist in large predators of the feline family, said that reports of large cats, presumably cougars and panthers, had been received several times before from Hertfordshire, a four-hour drive from Devon.

A new painting by the famous street artist Banksy with gratitude to doctors appeared in an English infirmary in Southampton.

A monochrome picture of 1 square meter was hung in the lobby of the infirmary near the emergency room.

It portrays a boy playing with a nurse-superhero at the trash can, in which there are also Batman and Spiderman.

Banksy left a fraze: "Thanks for everything you do. I hope this will brighten up this place, even though it is black and white."

Lots of facial masks were stolen and they supposed to go to the NHS and front-line workers.

On Wednesday the £166,000 worth of protective equipment was taken by three thieves . They broke a warehouse. It happened in Salford.

One of policemen who is from the Greater Manchester Police, told in a very emotional way that it was an terrible crime. And he doesn’t see any humanity in it.

Those masks supposed to be supplied to care homes, in West Yorkshire.

A big quantity of high-quality respirators were moved from the warehouse overnight.

Those thieves spent there nearly 2 hours first they cut a hole in the warehouse steel shutters because they didn’t want to hear trigger alarms by lifting up the door.

After that they removed 320 boxes, of the facial masks. A lot of money were spent on those equipment.

Some medical equipment, including cheaper quality masks, which were there as well, were left untouched. This crime weird and there is no humanity in those thieves.

It all started with me (an 11 year old boy at the time) went to high school I was in year 7 at the time so I didn’t think much about getting in trouble until.. I got called to the year office my heart sank into my stomach and become really hot, the teacher said I wasn’t in trouble she just wanted to have a chat that’s when I knew I was in trouble. She screamed at telling me why I was on my phone at lunch time but I was only listening to music through my earphones I have her my phone and she yelled and me for no reason as the walked me to isolation and said my hair was “too short” but I had it the same length since I started(baring in mind it was near the end of the year) I told my mum and she was angry not only because I missed out on my education but more because my hair doesn’t effect my education, I came back the next day they called me to the year office AGAIN I was thinking “what now” they said my hair looked better and it was longer then yesterday but I didn’t even do anything to it I was so mad a said it to them but they put me in isolation AGAIN! Greece again asks London to return the Parthenon marbles

Greece again appealed to Britain with a request to give away the Parthenon marbles exported from the country more than 200 years ago.

Marble bas-reliefs depicting the battle of the Greeks with centaurs make up about half of the frieze that adorned the ancient temple. They were taken to London by Lord Elgin, a British diplomat, in 1816 and sold to the British Museum. Now they are one of his most famous exhibits.

"The opening of our archaeological sites [after quarantine - ed.] Is an occasion for the international committees that advocate the restitution of the Parthenon marbles to again express their constant request and the request of the Greek government to return the marbles to their homeland," said Lina Mendon , Minister of Culture of Greece.

She added that Greece would never recognize the British Museum’s ownership of them.

Greece has been asking Britain for restitution of the Parthenon marbles for decades, but London does not agree, referring to the fact that the marbles were removed with the allowance of Porta, the power of the Ottoman Empire, which at that time controlled the territory of the country.

In recent years, Athens has offered to resolve the issue through the mediation of UNESCO, the British Museum does not agree.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, having assumed office, formally requested that the monument be loaned to Athens on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the celebration of the country's independence in 2021.

On May 21, the Parthenon International Sculpture Reunion Association sent a letter to the Greek Ministry of Culture with a proposal to renew pressure on the British Museum.

British real estate agencies will now provide people ,who wish to purchase housing ,with information on the level of air pollution in a certain area.

The media shared that many Britons bought expensive housing, not knowing that it was located in an area with a high level of pollution. Researchers urge the government to monitor air quality continuously in every residential area.

They also insist on the introduction of stringent restrictions recommended by the World Health Organization, which will help reduce pollution.

According to scientists from the Royal College of Physicians, dirty air kills about 40,000 people a year in the UK.
